A:We hold stock for raw materials, such as housing, LED chip, driver etc. 1-3 days for sample, 5-7 days for Qty. below 200pcs, 7-15 days above 300pcs.




2.Q:What kind of certificates do you have for your led high bay light?

A: CUL, UL, DLC, CE(EMC_LVD), CB, SAA, IK08




3.Is the light efficiency can be customized?

A: Yes.




4.Q: What is the Payment?

A: Usually we adopt the T/T,there are 2 waysfor option:
1)30% advance deposit, the balance should be paid before shipment.
2)50% advance deposit, the balance should be paid after received B/L copy in 3 days.
But if you want to adopt other payments, it will depend on your order quantity.




5.Q What is your after-sales service?

A:We ensure 5 years warranty for our LED Light. Without any cost for you to replace or repair if the led light doesn't work under warranty, we afford all the cost including shipping cost.
